Next, Nashville Pump & Power will issue you an RMA return material authorization that you must use in returning the product to us. The RMA number must be included on the package you return to us. We reserve the right to refuse packages that do not include the RMA number. Once received, Nashville Pump & Power will perform an inspection of the product. If it’s determined that it failed under warranty, a new product or unit will be sent in its place. As an OEM, we cover only the products, not the time involved.
